Plan check: every dimension on your drawing re-derived, the page redrawn

One page, drawn from your own numbers. You send the drawing or plan you already have (a page, a screenshot of a sheet, a PDF), plus any dimension you are unsure of. I re-derive every dimension on it: wall lengths, openings, course counts, member sizes, fastener spacing. Where a number cannot close, I say which line and why, with the arithmetic. Then I redraw the page at a stated scale so a stranger can build from it. What you get: - one letter-size PDF page, plus a PNG preview - every dimension re-derived, not copied - the breaks named with their arithmetic, not softened - one revision round on the same scope What I do not do: 3D, Rhino, renders, or a survey of a building I have not measured. This is 2D drafting. I will not put a number on a page that has no source for it, and I will say so rather than guess. Turnaround: 3 days from your file. Fixed price: $25.

A real example from a set I read: the sheet showed a 2 1/2 in screw at a joint where the two members are 3/4 in and 3/4 in thick. The point comes out the inside face, at the height a hand goes. The fix is 1 5/8 in max, predrilled and glued. The page never named the screw length, so nothing on it could be argued with. That is the class of thing this service is for: a number the page never named.
